Earlier this month, we conducted a short survey of customers visiting the bookshop. The objectives of the survey were to find out what shoppers feel about the shop, the service they receive, the range and quality of products available and the value they obtain.

We will build on the very positive feedback you gave us and continue to look for ways to improve on our service still further.
